We consider all members and the entire Columbia community to be an integral part of our club. To ensure smooth functioning of the club roster, the club appoints executive board members who are devoted to ensuring and delivering best quality events, and also improving the academic experience overall at Columbia.

Fiona Feng

President

Fiona is the President of the Applied Analytics Club at Columbia University, where she’s leading a team of 30+ and organizing events that bring students and industry leaders together. She’s currently pursuing her Master’s in Applied Data Analytics after earning her bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business Analytics. Outside of school and work, Fiona loves snowboarding and finding fun ways to connect people through events and conversations.​

Day Yi

Club Advisor

Professor Day has been with the Applied Analytics program since 2017, teaching numerous courses, but mostly APAN 5310 and APAN 5900. He has also taught many workshops through the APAN Club. He had spent 12 years as an actuary with various insurance companies. This led to a transition into the data analytics consulting space. Now, he is a full-time lecturer at Princeton University, teaching courses in data science. He is also a gourmet chef, earning 5-star ratings for his recipe of Korean BBQ!

Benjamin Kinsella

Club Advisor

Benjamin Kinsella is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in academia, foundations, and startups. He is currently a member of OpenAI’s Human Data team where he supports model training and safety preparedness initiatives at the company. Previously, he was an early employee at Tribe AI, a modern AI consultancy. He oversaw product and operations, and led the company through its initial raise. He has consulted with nonprofits, foundations, and mission driven organizations. In 2020, he led data.org’s $10M Inclusive Growth and Recovery Challenge in collaboration with The Rockefeller Foundation and Mastercard Center for Inclusive Growth. Benjamin is passionate about education and currently lectures at Columbia University.

Sally Park - Sally Park.jpg

Sally Park

VP of Finance

Sally is a master's student in Applied Analytics at Columbia University. After earning her degree in Economics and Mathematics at NYU, she worked in the advertising industry, where she was introduced to data analytics and found her passion to pursue her career in the intersection between AI, data, and marketing. She loves to travel, play tennis/pickleball, and is always looking to try new restaurants and bars in New York (although she's been here for 12 years).

Jingxi Liu (Cici)

VP of Events

Cici Liu is a Master’s student in Applied Analytics at Columbia University, where she serves as Vice President of Events for the Applied Analytics Club. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Manchester with First-Class Honours.

She’s passionate about using analytics and strategy to solve real-world business challenges and create meaningful impact across industries. Cici enjoys bringing people together through events that inspire connection and collaboration within the Columbia community.

Outside of school, she loves travelling, film photography, musicals, cooking, and discovering cozy spots around New York City.

Minkyung Kim (Ginny)

VP of Technology

Minkyung holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Economics from Korea and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Applied Analytics at Columbia University. She has one year of experience as a data analyst at Samsung Electronics America, where she focused on leveraging data to support business operations and decision-making. She also worked as a consulting associate, contributing to strategic projects across industries. She is passionate about turning ideas into meaningful outcomes and bridging the gap between business insight and practical impact. Outside of her academic and professional life, she’s an avid traveler, coffee lover, and foodie—spending weekends exploring new cafes or doing self-nail art as a creative outlet.

Myat Hein

VP of Business Research

Myat Hein is a master's student in the Applied Analytics program at Columbia University and currently serves as the VP of Business Research for the APAN Club. In this role, he focuses on using data to drive engagement by analyzing club events, tracking social media performance, and identifying new opportunities to connect with the Columbia community. A lifelong New Yorker, Myat earned his bachelor's degree in Economics with a minor in Mathematics from Hunter College (CUNY) and attended the High School for Math, Science and Engineering (HSMSE), one of New York City's specialized high schools. He currently works at Columbia University as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, where he supports data driven decision making through reporting, visualization, and strategic insights. Outside of work and academics, Myat enjoys playing pickleball, going to the gym, spending time with his girlfriend and close friends, and solving escape rooms with a perfect 16 for 16 record. He also enjoys watching movies, especially horror, action, and sci-fi, and is a fan of reality TV shows like The Ultimatum, Love is Blind, and Love Island. He is eager to keep learning how data can solve real world problems, tell meaningful stories, and drive impact in the evolving field of data science. He is always looking forward to connecting with others and building meaningful relationships across the Columbia community.

Sachin Otsuka Arjun

Secretary

Sachin is the Secretary of the Applied Analytics Club at Columbia University, where he manages communications, coordinates with peers, and ensures smooth execution of club initiatives. As a graduate student in the MS in Applied Analytics program, he combines his technical skills with a strong interest in problem-solving and collaboration. With a background in Computer Science and leadership experience from sports, Sachin brings a unique mix of discipline and creativity. Beyond academics, he’s passionate about sports, especially football (Soccer), fitness, and building meaningful connections across diverse communities.

AVP of Finance

Yvonne is a Master’s student in Applied Analytics at Columbia University with a background in Finance, Fintech, and Data Science from Northeastern University. She has experience in mortgage-backed securities and quantitative trading research, and analytics through roles at Morgan Stanley and Wellington Management, where she applied Bloomberg Terminal, Python, SQL, R, and Tableau to deliver insights that improved execution, reporting, and portfolio management. Outside of academics and work, she enjoys cafe hopping, traveling, running, and playing basketball.​

Aditi Lyer

AVP of Marketing

Aditi is a master's student in the Applied Analytics program at Columbia, and currently serves as Assistant Vice President of Marketing for the APAN Club. She completed her undergraduate education in Applied Psychology at New York University, where she was a research for early-childhood education studies. She subsequently pursued a career in performance marketing, managing advertising campaigns for healthcare, apparel, and technology brands. â€‹â€‹â€‹

Stuti Johri (Stu)

AVP of Business Development

Former BCG Consultant and Founder of Cali India, Stuti helped launch the Outthinker Accelerators Network in the US, with collaborations that informed an HBR piece on Haier’s RenDanHeYi model. She is currently pursuing an M.S. in Applied Analytics at Columbia University. Off the clock, she solo-travels, runs on coffee, and has a soft spot for pan-fried dumplings, boba tea, and Afrobeats!

Keith Leung

AVP of Business Development

Keith holds a BSc in Management with Finance from the University of Warwick and is currently pursuing his Master’s in Applied Analytics at Columbia University. He previously worked in corporate restructuring, specifically focused on turnaround strategy for investment funds. Beyond academics and work, he enjoys exploring new cities, learning languages, and is an avid fan of Formula One.​

Margareth Felicia Gono (Felicia) 

AVP of Business Development

Felicia Gono is a Master's student in Applied Analytics at Columbia University, with a background in Marketing from NYU, where she was awarded the Dean’s Scholarship. Originally from Jakarta, she brings a global perspective to her work at the intersection of data, strategy, and storytelling.

Felicia has held diverse roles, including consumer insights at Apple, strategy at EY-Parthenon, and data visualization at FOX Business. Most recently, she’s been working in fintech at Opensee, where she supports go-to-market strategy and business development for real-time risk analytics solutions tailored to hedge funds and asset managers. On campus, she serves as AVP of Business Development for Columbia's Applied Analytics Club, where she leads industry outreach and student engagement. She’s passionate about transforming messy data into meaningful narratives, bridging technical insight with creative clarity.

Beyond academics, Felicia is a film lover, self-taught baker, and café wanderer - always chasing the next great story, whether in code, cuisine, or conversation.

Rachel Song

AVP of Event

​Rachel Song is a Master’s student in Applied Analytics at Columbia University with a background in Consumer Behavior & Data Science from UW–Madison. She has experience in marketing analytics and business intelligence through roles at The Nature Conservancy, Zilliz, and Veterans Coaching Project, where she used SQL, Power BI, and Adobe Analytics to deliver insights that improved campaigns and engagement. She is also passionate about building a jewelry brand that brings exquisite jewelries from China. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, raving, and lifting.​

Alessia Laziosi

Alessia Laziosi is a Master’s student in Applied Analytics at Columbia University. Originally from Italy, she has a background in Business Administration and Innovation & Technology Management. She has experience in consulting, data strategy, and event management through roles at PwC, Accenture, and five years volunteering with  Brescia Basketball in Italy’s Serie A league. At Columbia, she is AVP of Events for the Applied Analytics Club, helping manage the events of the Club. She is passionate about mentorship, education, and community-building, and enjoys traveling, tennis, food, and basketball.

Christine Qiao

AVP of  Events

Christine is a Master’s student in Applied Analytics at Columbia University with a background in Economics from NYU and professional experience in data analytics, strategy, and consulting. She has worked as a Data Analyst Intern at Finovax in New York, where she conducted momentum analyses on global tech stocks using Python, SQL, and Tableau, and as an Analyst Intern at PwC, where she developed ESG risk forecasting models and strategy recommendations for leading technology and biotech firms. Christine is currently a Summer Data Science Associate at Anywhere Real Estate, where she focuses on predictive modeling, customer engagement analysis, and lead scoring optimization using Snowflake, XGBoost, and advanced data pipelines. Outside of academics and work, she enjoys equestrian, traveling, and exploring the watch and jewelry industry.​

Raunak Singh

AVP of  Events

Raunak is a Master's student in Applied Analytics at Columbia. He completed his undergrad in Information Systems at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2023. Before coming to Columbia he worked at AMD as a Business. Systems Analyst. In his free time, Raunak loves watching and playing sports and hanging out with friends. Yilin (Stephanie) Xiao

Head Secretary

Yilin (Stephanie) Xiao earned her B.S. in Business Economics from the University of California, San Diego. She has extensive experience in consulting, finance, asset management, marketing, and project management, as well as working for a startup. She displayed exceptional ability in organizing numerous business and networking events, drawing on her significant leadership experience as president of student organizations and a professional fraternity. Yilin spends her free time playing golf, dancing, traveling, and exploring new restaurants, which reflects her passion for both professional development and personal experiences.

Nikki Tai

AVP of Events

Nikki grew up between Manila and South Korea before moving to New York for her Bachelor’s in Mathematics at NYU. Her interests in theoretical and applied mathematics opened doors to experiences across economic consulting, investment banking, as well as mathematical biology research. She is now continuing her academic journey at Columbia University, where she is pursuing a Master’s in Applied Analytics. In her free time, Nikki enjoys fencing, taekwondo, snowboarding, gaming, making clothes, and relaxing with her cat.

Yaritza Soto (Yari)

AVP of  Technology

Yaritza (Yari), graduated from undergrad within three years from Stony Brook University, holding a degree in Psychology with heavy emphasis on medical, psychological and anthropological research. Since then, she’s attained an MBA specializing in Finance, has consulted for Denmark’s largest sustainable aviation fuel distributor, and is currently attending Columbia University for Applied Analytics focusing on emerging technology and artificial intelligence. Her dedication for storytelling, data analysis, coding, and research stems from gaining innovating insights from across a wide range of industry sectors. Currently as AVP of Technology with pervious knowledge in Python and R-Code, she also manages the club’s website, enjoys surfing, running, concerts, traveling, and spending time with friends! Xiyao Song

AVP of Business Research 

Xiyao completed her undergraduate degrees in Finance and Earth Sciences & Policy at Penn State University, where she was actively involved in leadership and community initiatives. As a Global Ambassador and Multicultural Committee Chair, she represented international student voices and fostered cross-cultural engagement. She also contributed to university governance as a member of the Chancellor Search Student Committee. Professionally, she has experience with Deloitte on SAP implementation and co-founded Enerquest LLC, a consulting initiative focused on sustainability and market analytics.​

Bhavya Kumar

Bhavya completed her Bachelors in Computer Science & Engineering back in India and is now pursuing MS in Applied Analytics at Columbia University. Prior to this, she's interned with Deutsche Telekom and Bechtel in their analytics teams. Beyond academics, she likes to write poems, explore different places and interact with new faces as nothing a good cup of coffee and a conversation can't fix!

Kimberly brings a broad background in finance and technology to the Applied Analytics program. She holds a BSc in Applied Finance from the University of Dundee in the UK and has gained experience in e-commerce, technology, and data. Her interests include strategic analysis, operations, and the connection between business understanding and technical execution. Rishabh Jain

Rishabh Jain

AVP of Business Development

Rishabh completed his bachelor’s in computer science from Mumbai University in 2022, after which he began his career as a data scientist at a fintech firm—a position he secured following a successful internship during my studies. He then transitioned to investment banking at Axis Capital, where he worked as an analyst covering technology companies. During his tenure, he had the opportunity to work on multiple IPOs, private equity deals, and acquisitions, collaborating closely with investors and entrepreneurs across the tech sector.​

Currently, he is pursuing an MS in Applied Analytics at Columbia University, where he is deepening my expertise in AI, data science, and finance. Outside of work and studies, he playing various sports such as football, cricket & badminton.

Khushi Rajani

Khushi Rajani

AVP of Events

Khushi is a Master’s student in Applied Analytics at Columbia University, building on a First Class Honours degree in Economics & Finance from the University of London. She’s applied her skills in both healthcare and finance, from improving outpatient conversions with dashboards at Breach Candy Hospital to driving digital initiatives and market research at Centrum Broking. Beyond internships, she was actively involved in AIESEC Mumbai, where she worked on cross-cultural exchange programs and initiated projects to enhance volunteer engagement. Outside of school and work, Khushi is a trained dancer in ballet and modern theatre, and she loves bringing people together through community, fitness, and creativity.

Kevin Heo

AVP of Finance

Kevin Heo is a Master’s student in Applied Analytics at Columbia University and holds a BSc in Statistics & Data Science from UC Santa Barbara. He has experience in product data management, process improvement, and strategy, most recently at Kia, where he streamlined option code configurations that allow customers to customize their vehicles. He is passionate about using data to solve real-world business problems, especially in analytics. Outside of work, you’ll usually find him on the tennis court or with his French Bulldog, who proudly runs her own Instagram account.

Arnav Goenka

AVP of Business Development

Arnav is a Master’s student in Applied Analytics at Columbia University. He recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology,India,  building on experiences in data analytics and business intelligence. During his internship at Blinkit he used SQL to build queries and developed dashboards in Tableau to support stakeholder decision-making. He also has exposure to Python for data analysis and machine learning. Arnav is passionate about applying analytics to improve organizational efficiency and solve real-world challenges. Beyond academics and professional work he loves travelling, attending music festivals and concerts and playing sports like table tennis and badminton.

Chloe Pupaiboon

AVP of  Marketing

​Chloe Pupaiboon is a Master’s student in Applied Analytics at Columbia University and currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Marketing for the Applied Analytics Club. She graduated from Boston University with a degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Finance. Prior to graduate school, she worked for three years at Neuberger Berman as a Treasury Analyst, where she leveraged data to optimize cash flow forecasting and portfolio liquidity strategies. In her role with the club, Chloe aims to use data-driven storytelling and engagement strategies to strengthen member involvement and promote events. She is passionate about community building, content creation, and matcha—often organizing matcha meetups around the city and sharing her creations online. When she’s not analyzing data or crafting campaigns, she enjoys spending quality time with her dog.

Yunji Park

AVP of Business Development

Yunji holds a BA in International Studies and a BS in Humanities–Software Convergence from Hanyang University, Korea, and is currently pursuing an M.S. in Applied Analytics at Columbia University. She previously worked 4+ years at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where she focused on CRM-driven analytics, experimentation, and BI/SQL development; turning stakeholder questions into clean datasets, intuitive dashboards, and recommendations that connect customer behavior to business decisions. At Columbia, she’s deepening her expertise in cohort and journey analysis, data modeling, and decision-ready storytelling. She’s most energized where marketing, product, and data meet. Off the clock, you’ll find her chasing sunrise jogs in Central Park, tinkering with pasta sauces, enjoying solo café-and-book dates, and diving down Spotify rabbit holes.

Helen Liu

Helen is a Master's student in Applied Analytics at Columbia University. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Rutgers University, going on to pursue a career in audit for a Big 4 firm and leading to her discovering a passion for data analytics. Her career has allowed her the opportunity of working with globally recognized financial service firms and developing automation routines for increased audit efficiency and quality.

In her free time, she likes to travel, go on hikes, and spend time with friends.
